How to Raise a Complaint with Incomethat Roofing

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Incomethat Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You may write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Incomethat Roofing
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Be aware that Incomethat Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@incomethat.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
